The property was going through renovation during my visits with hoarding and building works. A number of paths and walkways were closed including the main bar/lobby area. I’m sure it’s will be great once completed.
The beach boys outside the property are aggressive and persistent, which is a shame as I avoided going onto the beach/sea several times.
We had a renovated sea view room which was very nice. The gardens are well kept and maintained.

The resort is wonderfully located. Overall our stay was ok. The staff was not attentive to the small things. Large wait times for service at meals.
The whole property could use some upgrades.
We usually stay at the Sarova Whitesands. I think we will be headed back there next year.

Great location, pictures don’t show the beauty of the hotel, very kind and professional staff, very good for family vacation play ground, few pools, access to the beach but not entertainment at the beach.

The staff here is amazing. The rooms are always immaculately clean everyday. When I go back in my room it smells amazing and looks amazing. Location is great if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. It’s literally on a private island so no stores or anything is close by (about a 30/40 minute drive) and it’s extremely hard to get an uber because they uber drivers don’t want to go all the way to Chale. But the resort does have transportation for an extra fee so no worries. Overall an amazing experience, amazing people, amazing amenities. The drinks are so fresh. I’d visit again!
